First Impressions…

If realtors aren’t successful, neither are we. Here’s what I’ve observed over the early stages of building a real estate media business… First impressions matter. I’ve seen houses that couldn’t sell, so the realtor was replaced. New realtor comes in, has a good marketing network, swaps out dark or dramatic paint on the walls, polishes up the front door entryway, bring in plants outside and in, finds a quality stager, and then calls us. A house that couldn’t sell for four months suddenly goes under contract after the first Open House. As the co-founder of Amplifiles puts it: “Hiring a professional photographer is the best marketing money you can put behind a listing. Your hero photo is the first, and often only, impression a buyer forms before deciding whether to click. If that shot doesn’t move the needle in the first couple of seconds of scrolling, the listing just gets passed. That’s why a pro is worth it. They know how to light a room, shoot it wide without warping it, and make a home stop the scroll. And those same photos keep working long after that first click, becoming your social clips, listing videos, and ads.”

I’m a believer because I’ve seen it first hand. We can help you elevate your marketing efforts.
